  • 2024 - Price range: €0,1317 - €0,2487
    At the end of November, SYRUP was trading around €0,20. The price rose to about €0,2487 in early December, but then pulled back. After dropping to around €0,1317, the price recovered somewhat and ended the year at €0,1499. In November, Maple launched SYRUP as its new governance token; existing MPL holders could convert their tokens and stake SYRUP. The launch came alongside a broader crypto rally after the U.S. election.
  • 2025 - Price range: €0,07791 - €0,5786
    SYRUP started the year around €0,1499 and fell to about €0,07791 in the spring. From April, a strong rebound followed: in July, the price climbed to €0,5786. After that, it pulled back and ended the year at €0,3147, still about 109,9% higher than at the start. In May, Binance expanded trading options for SYRUP. Later that month, Maple brought its products together under one brand, with SYRUP as the token for the ecosystem. In October, a broad crypto sell-off caused major market stress; Maple said it did not take losses on its institutional loans.
  • Q1 2026 - Price range: €0,1644 - €0,3555
    SYRUP started the quarter around €0,3147 and rose to about €0,3555 in January. After that, the price fell, hitting a low around €0,1644 in February. A partial recovery brought the price to €0,1825 at the end of March; for the quarter, that was about 42% lower. In January, Maple launched syrupUSDC on Base, and in February the product also became available through Aave on Base. In early February, the broader crypto market also saw a sharp sell-off.
  • Q2 2026 - Price range: €0,099355 - €0,222395
    SYRUP started April around €0,1825 and rose to about €0,222395 in May. After that, the price kept falling and dropped to around €0,099355 by the end of June. A recovery brought SYRUP back to €0,12075 at the end of the quarter, about 33,8% lower than at the start. The Kelp DAO hack in April caused turmoil in DeFi lending markets. Maple then pulled its positions from DeFi lending platforms and said it processed more than $800 million in repayments during and shortly after the incident.
  • Q3 2026 - Price range: €0,118215 - €0,224835
    SYRUP started July around €0,120745 and rose to about €0,17 that month. In August, the price fell back to around €0,13, after which it climbed again in September to about €0,224835. The quarter ended at €0,199435, about 65,2% higher than at the start. In July, Maple launched syrupUSDG on Robinhood Chain and also introduced fixed rules that month for buying back SYRUP with protocol revenue. In September, syrupUSDC became available on Arc, giving Maple's lending product access to an additional network.
  • Q4 2026 - Price range: €0,192485 - €0,23626
    In early October, SYRUP rose from €0,199435 to about €0,23626. After that, the price fell back to around €0,192485 and stood at €0,202335 on October 9. That was about 1,5% higher than at the start of the quarter. During the same period, Maple announced a banking relationship with IRACE Digital Bank for, among other things, payments, cash management, and fiat settlement. This gives Maple infrastructure for money flows between the company and institutional clients.
