  • 2025 - Price range: €0.09809 - €0.6958
    After the public launch of the Walrus mainnet and the WAL token in March, the price rose to nearly €0.70 in April and May. After that, the price gradually declined, with a sharp drop in October. That lined up with the sell-off in the crypto market after the escalation of U.S.-China tariff tensions. WAL ended the year at €0.1034, about 85.1% lower than the May peak.
  • Q1 2026 - Price range: €0.05664 - €0.167
    WAL started January at €0.1034 and soon after peaked at €0.167. The price then kept falling: by the end of March, it was at €0.06135, about 40.7% lower than at the start of the quarter. In March, Allium announced a partnership to make more than 65 TB of blockchain data available through Walrus , including data from Bitcoin, Ethereum, and Sui. That also put Walrus to use for storing and distributing large datasets.
  • Q2 2026 - Price range: €0.025425 - €0.1024995
    WAL started April around €0.061 and briefly climbed to about €0.1025 in the middle of the month. After that, a long decline followed. In May, Walrus announced that storage prices would now be shown in dollars, while users would still pay in WAL. That makes storage costs more predictable. By the end of June, the price was at €0.026676, about 56.5% lower than at the start of the quarter.
  • Q3 2026 - Price range: €0.0173155 - €0.0338555
    WAL started July at €0.026676 and fell to about €0.0173 over the summer. After that, the price recovered and climbed to nearly €0.034 in September. WAL ended the quarter at €0.0299965, about 12.4% higher than at the start. In September, Blockticity started storing trade documents on Walrus for the first time, a concrete example of the network being used for verifiable business data.
  • Q4 2026 - Price range: €0.0289695 - €0.033775
    Through October 9, WAL rose from €0.0299965 to a peak of about €0.0338. After that, the price fell back to around €0.029 on October 8 and recovered the next day to €0.0309715. Walrus Console went live on October 7. Through this interface, users can manage storage, encryption, and other Walrus features without having to handle wallets, tokens, or gas themselves.
