  • 2021 - Price range: €0.2759 - €2.267
    CPOOL became publicly tradable at the end of October. The price was around €0.28 and quickly climbed to about €2.27 in November. After that, it dropped sharply: by the end of December, the price was around €0.66. The increase from the lowest to the highest level in this period was about 721.8%.
  • 2022 - Price range: €0.02637 - €0.7611
    CPOOL started the year around €0.66, but then fell sharply. In March, Clearpool's lending protocol went live on Ethereum, where users could lend stablecoins to institutional borrowers. The price kept sliding and was around €0.0317 at the end of December, about 95.2% lower than at the start of the year. The collapse of Terra and UST in May and the fall of FTX in November caused major turmoil in the crypto market and the credit sector that same year.
  • 2023 - Price range: €0.01511 - €0.1434
    CPOOL mostly moved between €0.03 and €0.05 in the first few months and fell to about €0.015 in October. After that, it rebounded strongly: in December, the price rose to about €0.143 and ended the year around €0.112. That was about 253.4% higher than at the start of the year. Clearpool Prime went live on Optimism in December. This platform focuses on institutional loans with controlled access and custom terms.
  • 2024 - Price range: €0.05431 - €0.5694
    CPOOL started the year around €0.112 and moved up in February and March, with a strong peak in March. After that, the price pulled back and reached about €0.054 in August. In the final months, CPOOL recovered strongly to about €0.569 in December; the year ended around €0.408, about 264.5% higher than where it started. In January, U.S. spot bitcoin exchange-traded products were approved, an important new way for traditional investors to get exposure to bitcoin. Clearpool also launched Credit Vaults on Avalanche in April, which let fintech companies apply for financing too.
  • 2025 - Price range: €0.02381 - €0.4687
    CPOOL started the year around €0.408 and climbed to about €0.469 in early January. After that, the price dropped sharply over the year, with some temporary rebounds. In December, it fell to about €0.0238 and ended the year around €0.0274, about 93.3% lower than at the start. In October, the threat of extra U.S. import tariffs caused broad market jitters and forced liquidations across the crypto market.
  • Q1 2026 - Price range: €0.01406 - €0.03284
    CPOOL started January around €0.0274 and briefly rose to about €0.0328 in early February. After that, the price dropped to about €0.0141. In March, it partially recovered and ended the quarter around €0.0191, still about 30.4% lower than at the start. In early February, the broader crypto market also dropped sharply during a period of weaker risk sentiment in financial markets. In March, Clearpool adjusted its RLOC vaults so unused stablecoins could be automatically lent out through approved lending protocols.
  • Q2 2026 - Price range: €0.01608 - €0.03521
    CPOOL started April around €0.0191 and rose in April and May to about €0.0352. After that, the price gradually moved lower and ended the quarter around €0.0175, about 8.4% lower than at the start. In April, Clearpool launched the X-Pool Return Strategy, a new stablecoin vault that uses other strategies in addition to financing. In May, Clearpool also became an institutional validator on the XDC Network, giving it a role in network services for digital trade finance as well.
  • Q3 2026 - Price range: €0.01364 - €0.0376
    CPOOL traded around €0.0175 in July and fell to about €0.0136 in August. After that, the price recovered strongly, with a peak around €0.0376 in September. The quarter ended around €0.032, an increase of 82.7% compared with the start. In July, Clearpool launched a credit vault for Tradevu, allowing companies to get financing based on trade receivables. In August, Ripple, Cicada Partners, and Clearpool announced plans for institutional lending on the XRP Ledger with RLUSD.
  • Q4 2026 - Price range: €0.02445 - €0.03519
    Through October 9, CPOOL fell from about €0.032 to €0.0279. After a brief rebound in early October, the price dropped in the following days to about €0.0245 and then partially recovered. In early October, the community approved the plan to expand Clearpool to the XRP Ledger and convert CPOOL one-to-one into CLEAR. That approval did not mean the conversion had already happened or that the new lending markets on the XRP Ledger were live yet. On October 7, Clearpool did launch a separate credit vault for Olea, for loans based on short-term trade receivables.

Upcoming Technical Updates


  • Institutional lending markets on the XRP Ledger - timing not yet known - Clearpool wants to launch lending vaults on the XRP Ledger, where institutional borrowers can get loans in RLUSD. Cicada Partners will handle credit management and Ripple is providing the starting capital. The launch still depends on the needed changes to the XRP Ledger; no launch date is known yet.
