  • 2019 - Price range: €0.01247 - €0.1151
    On May 28, the CHR public sale started through KuCoin Spotlight, and trading began. The price then moved sharply: after an early peak around €0.115, it fell over the following months. In December, the price dropped to about €0.0125 and ended the year around €0.0134, about 88.4% lower than at the peak.
  • 2020 - Price range: €0.007623 - €0.07722
    CHR started the year around €0.0134. The price fell in March during the global turmoil around the coronavirus and reached about €0.0076. That was followed by a strong rebound: in August, the price rose to about €0.0772. By the end of the year, most of that gain had faded and CHR was around €0.0173. In May, about 22 million CHR tokens were also destroyed, which lowered the maximum supply from 1 billion to about 978 million.
  • 2021 - Price range: €0.01662 - €1.3287
    CHR started the year around €0.0173 and quickly rose above €0.50 in March. After a pullback, the price climbed again later and reached about €1.33 in November. That was followed by a drop; CHR ended the year around €0.71, but that was still about 4,005.1% higher than at the start of the year. In November, Chromia and two game partners announced an $80 million fund for developers of games and metaverse applications.
  • 2022 - Price range: €0.09578 - €0.8495
    CHR started the year around €0.71 and rose further in early January to about €0.85. After that, the price fell sharply over the course of the year. The collapse of TerraUSD in May and the fall of FTX in November caused major turmoil in the crypto market. CHR ended the year around €0.0996, about 86% lower than at the start of 2022.
  • 2023 - Price range: €0.074 - €0.217
    CHR started the year around €0.10 and rose in January and February to about €0.217. After that, the price gradually fell back and reached about €0.074 in August. By the end of the year, CHR recovered to €0.1878, about 88.5% higher than at the start of the year. Chromia introduced staking in June, allowing users to delegate their tokens to network providers. In October, Shared Appnet went live, an environment where applications on Chromia could be tested and deployed before the planned mainnet launch.
  • 2024 - Price range: €0.1163 - €0.5282
    CHR started the year around €0.1878 and quickly rose to about €0.528 in February. After that, the price fell, with a low around €0.116 in August. In the final months, CHR recovered and ended the year around €0.224. In July, Chromia went live with its MVP Mainnet, an early public version of its own network where developers could deploy applications and pay for network capacity with native CHR. The first U.S. spot bitcoin exchange-traded products were approved in January, against the backdrop of a broader rebound in the crypto market.
  • 2025 - Price range: €0.02775 - €0.25889
    CHR started the year around €0.224 and rose further in early January to about €0.259. After that, the price dropped sharply, with a brief rebound in May, before falling to about €0.0278 in October. CHR ended the year around €0.0343, about 84.7% lower than at the start. Meanwhile, the game Mines of Dalarnia moved to Chromia and the ColorPool exchange launched, where users could trade CHR and USDC directly on the Chromia mainnet, among other things.
  • Q1 2026 - Price range: €0.011111 - €0.04351
    CHR started the quarter around €0.0343 and rose to about €0.0435 in January. After that, the price fell almost continuously and reached about €0.0111 in March. By the end of March, CHR was around €0.0131, about 61.8% lower than at the start of the quarter. In February, ChromaWay, the main developer of Chromia, appointed Or Perelman as CEO. That same month, the project launched Clawchain.ai, a social network on Chromia where autonomous AI agents can post messages and communicate with each other.
  • Q2 2026 - Price range: €0.0116145 - €0.0250595
    CHR started the quarter around €0.0131 and rose in April and May to about €0.0251. After that, the price fell back and reached about €0.0116 in June. CHR ended the quarter around €0.0124, about 5.1% lower than at the start. In April, ChromaWay announced Atbash, a plugin that helps enforce rules for AI agents and records their decisions in a verifiable way. Chromia also completed its move to native staking: rewards for staking on Ethereum and BNB Chain were ended, and staking with rewards was concentrated on the Chromia mainnet.
  • Q3 2026 - Price range: €0.0101985 - €0.0232995
    CHR started July around €0.0124 and later that month fell to about €0.0102. The price then recovered gradually and rose to about €0.0233 in September. After a pullback, CHR ended the quarter around €0.0196, about 57.7% higher than at the start. In September, Chromia proposed CHR 2.0: a plan for daily token issuance and a different distribution of revenue. The proposal had not been approved by the end of the quarter and therefore had not yet been implemented.
  • Q4 2026 - Price range: €0.017676 - €0.021875
    CHR started October around €0.0196 and rose in the first few days to about €0.0219. After that, the price temporarily fell to around €0.0177, then recovered. On October 9, CHR was around €0.0205, about 4.4% higher than at the start of the month.
